The beginning

Why SVL Homes exists.

SVL Homes was founded by Sebastian Pardo and Antonio Pardo - father and son, building side by side in South Florida.

They started SVL to build homes the way they would for their own family, in person, and with their name on every decision. From day one, the promise has been simple: two owners on every project, with no layers between the homeowner and the people building the house.

Family owned

One family. One name on the door. One standard.

SVL Homes is 100% family-owned. When something goes wrong on a job site, there is no district manager to escalate to and no shareholder to answer. There is a family whose name is on the sign out front.

Two owners on every project
Antonio and Sebastian both stay involved from first walkthrough to final punch list.
Accountability by name
Every major decision is reviewed by an owner. Every walkthrough is done in person, together.
The person who answers the phone
is a Pardo. Not a call center. Not a scheduler. An owner.
Long after the keys are handed over
you still call the same number and reach the same family.
The people building your home

Sebastian & Antonio

Two generations of builders. Both on every job, from the first plan review to the final walk.

Founder and Principal
Sebastian Pardo
His role

Sebastian leads the planning and the client side of the work  timelines, budgets, and the conversations that keep a project calm. He is the founder you'll hear from most, and the one who keeps every promise the family makes to a homeowner.

Co-founder
Antonio Pardo
His role

Antonio brings the experience of a lifetime spent on job sites. He leads the build itself  setting the standard for the trades, walking the work in person, and making sure every detail meets the quality he'd want in his own home.

The SVL Standard

Four things we hold to
on every project.

The pillars that shape how the team plans, communicates, and finishes every home.

  1. 01
    Communication
Clear updates, direct conversations, and a process that keeps clients informed before decisions become problems.
  2. 02
    Craftsmanship
Careful work, thoughtful materials, and finish details that make the home feel complete.
  3. 03
    Site Discipline
Organized jobsites, steady coordination, and respect for the client's time, property, and investment.
  4. 04
    Finish Quality
Final details matter. SVL focuses on the surfaces, transitions, and small decisions that shape how a home feels every day.
Built for South Florida

Salt air. Wind load. Water.
We build for all of it.

South Florida is a demanding place to build. Hurricane season, coastal corrosion, high water tables, and layered permitting all shape every decision we make  from the fasteners we spec to the way we sequence a slab. We build for this climate because we live in it.

Hurricane-rated
Assemblies and openings specified to meet and exceed Florida high-velocity wind zone requirements.
Corrosion aware
Stainless and coated hardware where salt air lives. The details that outlast a coastal decade.
Elevation ready
Slab, drainage, and site work designed for the local flood map not a generic detail sheet.
Permit fluent
We know the local reviewers, the local process, and how to keep a project on schedule through it.
How we work with you

You will never wonder
what is happening on your job.

What clients worry about first
That they'll be left in the dark, that costs will drift, and that the builder will be hard to reach once the contract is signed.
How we answer it
An owner is your point of contact from day one, the same person, all the way through, with a direct line.
Update cadence
A regular check-in from an owner, plus a weekly written update while the job is active.
What an update looks like
Photos from site, the milestone just completed, the next step ahead, and any note that affects budget or timeline.

When you call SVL Homes, an owner picks up. Every project, every time.
